We had Window World replace windows in our home in June of 2023. The crew was professional and thorough, overall we couldn’t be more pleased with their work. The quality of the windows is very good too.We had one window that came with a broken part. When we contacted Window World, they were prompt in sending a service representative for the repair. Dylan was our service rep and he quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it the same day. He was friendly and knowledgeable and pointed out some other things to help us with any possible future repairs. We would definitely recommend Window World for replacement windows.

I was looking to replace the 20-year-old builder’s grade windows at our house. A couple of the tracks were so bad that you could see light and feel wind through them. Plus, one sash wouldn’t stay up and nearly decapitated us. A friend recommended Window World, so I decided to include them in the mix. I got quotes from three contractors and their price was the lowest, plus their sales rep was the most knowledgeable on the product, so we went with them. We had some minor hiccups in the measuring and ordering process, but all along the way they emphasized that they want to make sure they do right with us, so there was nothing that made me question why I was doing business with them. They even recommended another glass company to provide a specialty “eyebrow” window that they weren’t able to provide, which was a huge blessing for us because that window had lost its seal, which is actually what started us on the whole window replacement project. The installation went well, but I have been even more impressed with their post-installation service. We asked them to come back to adjust the latches on one of the windows. The QC guy adjusted every window so the latches slide like butter and the sashes stay in place. One of the windows had a small scratch on the glass and they replaced that without question today. The rep today reminded us a couple times that everything has a lifetime warranty, even the screens, so we shouldn’t hesitate to notify them with any issues. We’ve only had the windows for less than two months, so we really can’t vouch for their longevity, but we can say that they appear to be a quality product and that Window World is a reputable organization that treats its customers well.

We used Window World to replace 9 windows in our sunroom. The original windows in that room were 25+ years old when the house was built and it was so hot in the summer and so cold in the winter. We needed something more temperature controlled and wouldn’t let the outside temp in. We got a quote from sales rep Scott Cooper, he was nice and talkative and gave us the best quote out of 4 other companies (by thousands) – After we ordered the windows, 5 weeks later they were installed by 3rd party contractors (Ramirez Exterior Solutions) – it was 2 men and they installed all 9 windows in 3.5 hours. One window screen was torn so someone else came out within a week to replace the screen. Overall, very pleased and can already tell the windows keep the room cooler in the summer. Thanks again!
